friendly staff complimentary voucher good view comfortable bed
the friendly reception staff greeted me so warmly. a complimentary drinks voucher made my partner's birthday even more special. our room had a good view and the bed felt so comfortable. cleanliness was excellent with a cozy atmosphere.
the shower controls lacked clear markings and temperature regulation posed a slight inconvenience.

I felt genuinely valued as a guest. Kalpana paid close attention to all details. She. The room was decorated wonderfully. Dinner at the Bistro was marvellous.
The pillows provided were so thin. This impacted my sleep Quality.

comfortable bed well-kept bathroom fluffy towel in-room heating
the classic room i stayed in had a comfortable bed and a well kept bathroom. the hotel provided ample fluffy towels. windows could be opened for fresh air and in-room heating controls allowed me to adjust the temperature. multiple lounges offered quiet spots for reading.
the mini-bar wasn't refilled daily.

charming find
helpful staff excellent location power shower
I really enjoyed my stay. staff were very helpful and friendly to me. my room included a roll top bath and a power shower. It was what i wanted. its location proved excellent because of its proximity to the fitzwilliam museum.
the breakfast was basically salt with a small amount of added egg, and it wasnt eatable. i ended up going to a nearby cafe. it was just an dreadful breakfast.

The staff was friendly. I found additional pillows which was good.
I got a disabled bathroom. There was no bath. The cold tap only distributed hot water. The hot tap was scolding.
